Member Participation Rules

These things can get you banned from participation in a Founder Roundtable group hub group and our services:   Obscene or offensive language or behavior, harassment, repeated and uninvited business solicitation, posting inappropriate content or infringing content, infringing the rights or privacy expectations of others.

In addition, you are expected to follow any reasonable rules and guidelines established by the operators of group hubs in which you participate.

Group Hub Operator Rules

We can revoke our permission to operate a group hub on Founder Roundtable at any time for any reason.  If we've charged you a fee to operate a group hub and we terminate your group without cause, we will give you a prorated refund for unaccrued future time periods.  There is no refund if we terminate your group hub for cause.

Founder Roundtable Branded Hub Rules

Organizers of Founder Roundtable-branded groups must abide by our rules and terms:
  1. Our permission to use the Founder Roundtable logo is limited to use on the group hub on the Founder Roundtable website (www.founderroundtable.com).  Any other use or duplication is prohibited unless you have our express written permission otherwise.
  2. Founder Roundtable-branded group hubs are owned by us and operated with our permission.  We will authorize the group organizer as the group administrator, however, we may revoke that permission at any time and we may assign a new group administrator at any time.   If there is a dispute about authorization to operate a group, Founder Roundtable has the decisive authority to resolve the dispute.
  3. We can revoke our permission to use the Founder Roundtable logo or graphics at any time.
Participation in Founder Roundtable groups requires that you abide by a few basic important rules:
  1. You must be willing to contribute to the group in meaningful ways.   That may be from speaking up, offering suggestions (when suggestions are solicited), helping to organize meetings, etc.
  2. Please do not monopolize discussions or draw excessive attention to yourself.
  3. Although business is the reason we are here, a Founder Roundtable group is usually not the place to solicit business from other members.  Except for events where business opportunities may be advertised (when clearly stated in a group's rules), openly asking for business in this forum could lead to expulsion from a group.
  4. If a group charges dues or other fees, you will abide by those group obligations and other group rules.
